Boise Airport Needs a Computer Upgrade
Filed Under (Misc.) by Kirby Witmer on 06-21-2008
On our trip to Oregon a couple weeks ago, I noticed two flight info computers at the Boise Airport that were in need of some technical support and/or a Vista upgrade.

maybe they should switch to linux …. ha
heh.. maybe.
but they would probably have this problem then.
Actually it might’ve been a programmers problem any way, not necessarily a Microsoft problem
it easily could have been. but that’s beside the point. They still need to upgrade.
What about a downgrade to XP? Personally, I’m a Linux user but I realise there is still a way to go before it can seriously look at taking on Windows (all written from my XP laptop
)
i havent been to that airport yet, thankfully, but i am n and out of sacramento and they have a really nice computer setup with about 12 that have access to word and other programs most airports dont give you.
Ha ha, glad this didn’t happen to me - was just at the airport last night to drop my mom off.
