Who’s Next?

It seems like every time I log into Google Reader to check my feed subscriptions some company or another is getting swallowed up. What is up with this?
Google buys Feedburner and Panoramio and Greenborder.
Microsoft scoops up aQuantive Inc. and Tellme.
eBay buys StumbleUpon.
MySpace buys Photobucket.
Who’s next? Google buys Apple? Microsoft plunks down billions for Yahoo? eBay acquires Amazon? Verizon gobbles up Sprint Nextel? Ford takes a majority stake in GM? Kirbtech buys Dell Inc?

Hi Kirby,
subscribed to your blog feed. congratulation’s @ wishing U a happy married life !!!
oh BTW why not Kirbtech buys HP ???
(Dell is going red, they just laided 10% of their work force & losing their market share to HP)
Mmm… possibly buying a presidential candidate? It wouldn’t even have to be the US, Google could stand to own a small country of their own.
Honestly, how much is left for them to conquer? How much money do you actually need as a business?
What’s next? Oh, kirb.com buys emypeople.
good one Mike.
